As described in our Privacy Policy, we may sell or share personal information — as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other applicable privacy laws — with advertising networks, marketing partners, and data purchasers, including in exchange for compensation.
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time. We honor every opt-out request, from any person, regardless of where you live.
How to Opt Out
Use either method — both work, and neither requires an account:
- Email: Send an email to support@digitalatmapp.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell/Share." Include the email address (and, if applicable, the phone number) you used with us so we can locate your records. No other information is required.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We treat a GPC signal sent by your browser or browser extension as a valid opt-out request for the browser you are using.
What Happens After You Opt Out
- We stop selling or sharing your personal information, and we instruct the relevant partners accordingly, within the time required by applicable law (for California residents, within 15 business days).
- We will not ask you to reauthorize the sale or sharing of your personal information for at least 12 months, as required by law.
- We will never discriminate against you for opting out — your purchase, your access to what you bought, your pricing, and your support experience do not change.
- Opting out of sale/sharing does not stop our own emails to you; to stop those, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. It also does not delete your information — you can separately request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent should email support@digitalatmapp.com with proof of your written authorization.
