At Digital ATM System, we stand behind our products. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds and our procedures for processing them.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of the Digital ATM System. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date, you may request a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@digitalatmsystem.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and the date of purchase
  3. Include your order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  4. Optionally, let us know why you are requesting a refund so we can improve our products

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund except as may be required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Processing Timeline

Once we receive and verify your refund request, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Upsell and Add-On Products

Upsell products and add-on services purchased in addition to the initial Digital ATM System may have their own refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. In general:

  • One-time upsell purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase
  • Subscription-based add-ons may be cancelled at any time; refunds for the current billing period are at our discretion
  • Custom or personalized services may not be eligible for a refund once work has commenced

5. Chargebacks

We kindly request that you contact us directly for any refund requests before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks cost us significant administrative fees and resources. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us for a resolution, we reserve the right to: (a) permanently terminate your account and access to all products and services; (b) pursue recovery of any damages, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses; and (c) report the incident to fraud prevention databases.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired
  • Evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests from the same individual using different accounts or payment methods
  • Where the Product has been shared, resold, or redistributed in violation of our Terms

7. EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period") under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, by purchasing and immediately accessing or downloading digital content, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract beginning immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully downloaded or streaming has begun.

Notwithstanding the above, our 30-day money-back guarantee provides you with rights that exceed the statutory minimum. You may exercise our money-back guarantee regardless of whether you have accessed the digital content.
