These terms govern the Digital ATM System text message program (the "Program"), operated by Media Atlas LLC under the Digital ATM System brand. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. How You Opt In
You join the Program by providing your mobile number where a text-consent disclosure is presented — for example, on a checkout page when purchasing one of our products, or through an unchecked box on a Digital ATM quiz or form. Providing a telephone number alone does not opt you in. Your consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing anything. The quiz SMS consent box applies only to text messages. It does not give consent for telephone calls.
2. What You'll Receive
The quiz SMS Program sends only automated reminders for a Digital ATM checkout you left before purchase. Each reminder concerns only the exact product left in that checkout. We send up to three reminders per abandoned checkout. The Program does not send result links, general product offers, order notices, or account notices.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the Program itself.
4. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts (STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE all work). You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also email support@digitalatmapp.com. We honor every opt-out within ten (10) business days, and usually the same day.

6. Carriers
Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy and Do-Not-Call Policy
We do not sell, license, or share the mobile number or consent record collected through the quiz SMS control with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers can process this data only on our behalf to operate the Program and honor your choices. How we handle your number is described in Section 8A of our Privacy Policy. A copy of our written Do-Not-Call and Message-Suppression Policy is available to any consumer on request — email support@digitalatmapp.com with the subject line "Do Not Call Policy Request."
8. Changes
We may update these Program terms by posting the updated version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
